Social Anxiety

Social anxiety is an intense fear of being criticized, humiliated, mocked, embarrassed with a range of normal activities with friends family or the in front of the general public. Things like speaking publicly, or putting your hand up at work or in class.

Social Phobias

Social phobias have become more prevalent om modern day society. They are intense fears and because of this fear you are driven usually at great lengths in order to avoid what ever creates the fear. Fears can include the fears of objects, animals or even an activity such as flying.

Panic attacks

An intense overwhelming uncontrollable feeling of anxiety with physical symptoms. A shortness of breath, the thought of a heart attack.

An anxiety disorder is not an illness, medication will not cure you. Anxiety disorders are strong sub-conscious behaviors that have developed over time. They only become an issue when this illogical behavior becomes a hindrance to your life.

Corporate Anxiety

Corporate anxiety occurs from the extreme stress and pressure created due to your business activity. The drive for success often exhibits rational decision making which intern creates further stress, sleepless nights, conflict at home.

Corporate Anxiety requires a mentor service that can help you make the decisions you don’t want to make. I do this buy listening and challenging your rational thoughts. Allow you to come to the conclusions and decisions that you already know need taking and then help you act on these decisions.
