Hypnotherapy is an alternative therapy that unlocks your minds potential 

Self Hypnosis, is a free simple but powerful technic that you can use to train your sub-conscious mind to do the things that you want to achieve.

Mantra training.

The word mantra is dervived from the Indian ancient Hindu language Vedic Sanskrit, Manas (mind) and tra (tool).

We use it when we would like achieve something, for example you have a goal. So write your goal in 1 short sentance, it can be anything and it is associated only with you. for example

  • Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.

  •  deep restful sleep

  • Stronger faster fitter

When you go to bed make sure you are comfortable, close your eyes, take a deep beath and let it out allowing  the stress of the day relax out of your face and sense a nice warm feeling in your body, when you feel relaxed repeat your mantra 10 times, if you tend to loose count pinch a single finger everytime you say it. When you reach your last finger you have done your ten.

Self Hypnosis

Self Hypnosis is my quick 3 min fixer. You can use this whenever you want and it will allow your bain to take a quick rest, recharge and sharpen your thinking.

take a seat, focus on a spot just above eye line. Without blinking take 3 deep breaths slowly.

As yo inhale the thid hold it and count backwards in your mind from 3 ,2, 1 Close your eyes, exhale and relax and allow yourself t ogo into a dep realaxation

Visualise the numbe 100 and count backwards in your mind imagining the numbers as you do so. (Note you can do it from 25 if you want)

When complete just count forward 1, 2, 3 and wide awake.
